ZeroBorg component blown - need to identify

I have a ZeroBorg and when I tried to power it today a component blew. Probably because I used the wrong connector - my fault.

I am assuming the small blue SMD device with a 'T' on it, next to the motor connectors, is a fuse. Can someone confirm exactly what it is and what I need to look for to replace it.

You are correct, the blue SMD part labelled "T" is a 5A fast acting fuse in an 0805 sized package.

This is the right sort of fuse from Farnell:

Perfect, thanks for the link to the device. I will order some and repair the board.
