If your aim is to have the motors powered from different batteries / supplies, then it is simply a case of connecting one ThunderBorg's V+ and GND to one supply and connecting the other ThunderBorg's V+ and GND to the second supply.
Each ThunderBorg will only use the supply directly connected to its own V+ and GND terminal to power the motors it is attached to.
