Last year at PiWars I had a chat with the team at the PiBorg stand. Someone mentioned that you were bringing out some new better motors? Could you let me know which ones they are?
Thanks

I think we were talking about the 12V 450 RPM motors: https://www.piborg.org/motors-mounts-and-wheels-1140/piborg-motor-12v-45...
They should be about 50% faster than the MonsterBorg motors and they have approximately twice the torque as well :)

Ok great, the add says it n Ed’s this large mounting bracket:https://www.piborg.org/motors-mounts-and-wheels-1140/advanced-motor-brac... I have the MonsterBorg Chassis, do I need these brackets?

Unfortunately these motors are a fair bit larger than the MonsterBorg ones and they will not be able to fit into the MonsterBorg chassis :(
Put simply they would need to be mounted further apart as they are both a bit wider and somewhat longer.

So a completely new chassis and it would be too wide for PiWars :-(
