No, ZeroBorg is only capable of handling a power input between 2.7V and 10.8V. Using a 12V supply would likely damage the board!
We are planning to make an improved version of the ZeroBorg in future. At this point we are still designing the board so it will not be available anytime soon.
While a newer version is likely to include a voltage range increase, it will remain a lower cost alternative to ThunderBorg which is designed for lower power projects.

Alternatively, a thunderborg with 4 motor drivers would suffice just as well :)
