Raspberry Pi 3 - Model B - ARMv8 with 1G RAM is compatible with PicoBorg Reverse (O-PBGREV) ????

Yes, the PicoBorg Reverse works with the Raspberry Pi 3.
Also our PS3 controller setup guide works with the lastest Raspbian and the bulit-in Bluetooth controller on the Raspberry Pi 3.

Albeit with a few caveats...
WiFi connectivity. The Pi 3's built-in WiFi is AWESOME. But it does have limited range - as compared to a USB WiFi module. Although you can add an external antenna, if you're BRAVE: http://www.dorkbotpdx.org/blog/wramsdell/external_antenna_modifications_...
Further, after mounting a TriBorg and XloBorg over the built-in WiFi antenna, coverage goes from bad to WORSE. Thus, I think I will return to using a Pi 2 and a USB WiFi module.
