If the LEDs are not coming on then it is probably that one of the battery contacts in the gamepad is not actually touching the battery. We have seen a couple of these gamepads with this particular problem.
We managed to get a gamepad with this issue to work by using a screwdriver to adjust the metal plates in the battery compartment so that it made contact with the batteries properly.
If you want to give it a go you can try adjusting the contacts like we did, or you can return the gamepad to us for a replacement one.
If you would rather have a replacement please send our sales team a message using our contact form, select the "Direct contact" option and explain that you want to return the faulty gamepad for replacement.
