HI,
I am thinking of mounting the Monsterborg hardware onto a larger chassis.
Can you envisage any issues with it turning correctly with a larger wheel base/width between wheels?
I was thinking maybe double the size of the existing chassis

Changing the wheel base and width between wheels does have an effect on the steering capability of a tank steering robot:
Generally speaking if you keep the wheel base to wheel width ratio the same then the robot should have about the same steering capability.
In this case if you doubled both the wheel base and wheel width of a MonsterBorg it should steer just as well as the ordinary MonsterBorg does :)
