Monsterborg not booting up

Hello, I installed everything according to the guide and the raspberry pi boots when i use the 5v power cable. It doesn't boot when i use the 10xAA battery pack, nothing happens when i connect the batteries. What could be wrong?

It is probably something simple to fix, usually it turns out to be a wire not making a good connection or similar.

Here are a few suggestions to check:

  1. Make sure the batteries are making a good connection to the MonsterBorg
  2. Try toggling the small yellow power switch next to the battery pack
  3. Ensure the batteries are freshly charged
  4. Make sure the batteries are sat in the battery holder the correct way around and are pushed in fully
  5. Check both 3-pin cables are connected correctly between the ThunderBorg and Raspberry Pi

The best thing to do would be to take some photos of the MonsterBorg so we can take a look, especially of the ThunderBorg, wiring, and the battery connections.
