My wireless knowledge a little weak. Can you possibly point me towards a procedure for setting up peer-to-peer with android phone? Oh, and thanks for help on earlier problem. System works perfectly (power failure).

Connecting MonsterBorg to an Android phone
Getting connected to your Android phone is fairly easy, but you will need to setup both the phone and the Pi so they talk to each other.
First you need to enable Wi-Fi hotspot functionality on your phone. Tech Advisor has a good guide for this: How to use an Android phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot.
Once the phone is setup you need to set the Pi to connect to the WiFi hotspot. This is done in the same way as connecting to a WiFi router / network. You can follow our instructions for this here: Getting started with the Raspberry Pi Zero W WiFi and Blutooth, they should work with any Pi that has a WiFi connection. If you have a monitor / VNC connection start from the "Setup via the GUI" section. If you are using SSH go down a bit further to the "Setup via the terminal" section.
