Broken Thunderborg

Hello,
I received my monsterborg today and just unpacked it.
Unfortunately the Thunderborg card appears to be broken and rusty (see images).
In addition, one of the motor is also lightly rusty. It is perhaps nothing, but I prefer to tell you as soon as possible in case of an early failure :-)
I would be gratefull if you could send me a new instance of the Thunderborg card.

Replacement ThunderBorg
I am sorry that your MonsterBorg arrived in a damaged state. It looks like the ThunderBorg had quite a rough ride in the post :(
The best thing to do is send us a message using our contact form with your address so that we can get a replacement sent to you next week.
The motor is likely to still work fine, but if there is a problem with it we can replace it for you as well.
Out of curiosity what was the state of the box the MonsterBorg arrived in? Did it seem damaged or opened by customs?

Thanks a lot for your quick response. I used the contact form to send you my address.
I also put some volts in the motor and it seems working perfectly :-)
Regarding the state of the box when it arrived, I detected no signs of damaging or opening by customs. However, some signs make me think that the card was compressed and hit by the holder...
