picobrog reverse power consumption?

The amount of power consumed by the PicoBorg Reverse itself is very small.

There are two separate sources of power consumption:

1. The logic will take up-to 3.6 mA total worst case from the 5V line
2. The motor outputs will take up-to 20 mA total worst case from the motor supply

Actual running figures will likely be smaller depending on what the board is doing.
