Need recommendations (links) for Li-Po batteries and chargers to run my DiddyBorg and Raspberry Pi 2 B setup.

If you select a LiPo which is 3S (~12V) the standard scripts will work unaltered. The capacity we were using with AAs in the videos was around 1900mAh. I would go for at least that much, but the higher the value the longer the batteries will last.
I would suggest you try the HobbyKing battery selector:http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/multifinder.asp?t=lipo Select the 3S checkbox and set the capacity minimum to at least 1900mAh.
